1. Purpose
NuiSaver is a free online tool for downloading public Instagram content (videos, Reels, photos, carousels, stories). By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. No link with Instagram
NuiSaver is independent: it is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta, nor endorsed or sponsored by them. Instagram and other brands mentioned belong to their owners.
3. Permitted use
You may only download content that you created, that is free of rights, or for which the rights holder has given you permission. Content remains the property of its authors.
4. Prohibited use
You must not republish or resell content without permission, harass others or violate their privacy, use the site for illegal purposes, overload it with automated requests, or try to bypass its protections.
5. Your responsibility
You alone are responsible for how you use downloaded content and for complying with copyright and the laws that apply to you.
6. Private content
The site does not give access to private accounts or to content that is not public.
7. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or results. It depends on Instagram and may be changed, limited or interrupted at any time.
8. Publisher's liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damages related to the use of the site or to the use of downloaded content.
9. Reporting and removal
If you are a rights holder and a piece of content concerns you, write to nuisavercontact@gmail.com with the link in question and your capacity. We review each request promptly and block access to the content if the request is justified.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page. They are governed by Ivorian law and, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise, the courts of Abidjan have jurisdiction.
